This recruitment drive will fill 32,438 posts in the Railways. This is one of the largest recruitment exams for the Railways, with over 10 million candidates applying.
Exam Pattern
The Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be 90 minutes long and will consist of 100 questions:
General Science: 25 questions
Mathematics: 25 questions
Reasoning: 30 questions
Current Affairs: 20 questions
One-third of the marks will be deducted for each wrong answer, and a normalization method will be used. After the CBT, qualified candidates will be called for a Physical Test (PET).
