First, make its powder.
To do a facial with the help of rice, you have to make a fine powder of it. Keep in mind that it should be so fine that it does not peel your skin. If you want, you can also buy readymade rice flour, so that there is no problem with the skin. After preparing the powder or flour, it is time to know the steps of the facial.
1. First step
In the first step, you have to do a deep cleaning of the face with the help of rice. For this, mix 1 teaspoon of rice flour and 1 teaspoon of raw milk. Now, massage the face with this paste for 2-3 minutes and wash it.
2. Second step
After deep cleaning of the face, it is time to use a scrub. So this, first mix 1 teaspoon rice powder, 1 teaspoon honey, and a few drops of lemon in a bowl. Now apply it to your face and rub it with light hands for 5 minutes, and then wash it. This will also remove dead skin from the face.
3. Third step
Now it is the turn of the third step, for this, take 1 teaspoon rice powder, 1 teaspoon curd, and a pinch of turmeric in a bowl and mix it well. After this, apply this pack to the face and let it dry for 15 minutes. Finally, wash the face with cold water.
Finally do this
After following all three steps, first apply toner on your face and then apply aloe vera gel or a light moisturizer. Due to this, your face will start glowing, and its tanning will also reduce.
