GCSE results are nearly here and students across the country will finally learn their grades after years of hard work. Regardless of the outcome, it's a moment to commemorate - be it bidding farewell to school or looking ahead to future endeavours.

A host of renowned brands including Nando's, Wagamama, Pizza Express and Bella Italia are offering discounts or complimentary items today to mark GCSE results day. A-Level students who received their results last week can also cash in on some continuing offers.

Nando's

Nando's 'Results Day Dash' has returned and provides a complimentary 1/4 chicken or starter when students present their student identification and results at the counter, reports the Liverpool Echo.

Patrons must spend £7 or above and place orders at the till for dine-in or walk-in service on results day.

Wagamama

Wagamama is set to increase its student discount from 20% to 25% for a full week. GCSE students can enjoy the discount from Thursday, August 21 until Wednesday, August 27.

To take advantage of this offer, students need to download and join the loyalty app soul club, show it along with their results to the Wagamama staff.

Please note, this offer excludes airports and is only valid for dine-in customers.

Bella Italia

At Bella Italia, pupils can enjoy a free starter and pudding to mark GCSE results day. Simply show proof of your results to waiting staff when you arrive. The deal covers the whole table, not just the student.

TGI Fridays

Pupils can celebrate with a free main course at TGI Fridays, but must dine alongside someone purchasing a full-price adult main. Just show your exam results and mention "grads eat free".

Students can claim this treat from Sunday to Thursday throughout August, with the final opportunity being Thursday, August 28.

For your complimentary meal, select any main dish from the Bangin' Burgers, Signature Stacks or Fridays Favourites sections, normally costing £16 to £20. The promotion excludes Hot Off The Grill items.

This deal is limited to one use per person during the promotional period and isn't valid for click and collect, delivery or takeaway orders.

Bill's

Bill's has announced they're providing a free dessert for students dining at their establishments on GCSE results day.

Simply reserve a table, order food and present your results to staff to secure the offer. The complimentary Steak Frites or Vegan Burger requires the purchase of one full-price adult prix fixe or à la carte main course, with similar conditions applying to the free dessert offer alongside one full-price à la carte main dish.

Las Iguanas

Las Iguanas is celebrating GCSE results by offering complimentary churros to students who show their grades. Available until Thursday, August 21, pupils can claim a free single portion of churros when they present their GCSE or A-Level results.

A Las Iguanas spokesperson said: "We know Results Day can be full of nerves and excitement and we're here to make it memorable for all the right reasons. Whether you're celebrating top grades or just giving yourself a pat on the back, free churros are our way of saying, you did it!".

The offer excludes Centre Parcs locations and may not be valid during special events at O2, Wembley, Resorts World, Cardiff Mill Lane and Brindley Place venues.

Côte Brasserie

This restaurant chain is treating pupils who studied French to a complimentary steak frites or vegan burger on Thursday, August 21, simply by showing their French A-Level or GCSE results.

Students who didn't study French shouldn't despair, as those with results from any other A-Level or GCSE subject can still claim a free pudding. Simply show your results to secure your treat.

Frankie and Benny's Frankie and Benny's is offering a free margherita pizza to students in celebration of their GCSE results. For one day only, on Thursday, August 21, GCSE students can enjoy a complimentary margherita pizza when they buy any soft drink at participating Frankie and Benny's restaurants.

To get their hands on the free pizza, which usually costs £11.75, students will need to show proof of their 2025 exam results when dining in.

The offer is available all day at participating outlets, but it doesn't extend to airport locations, Covent Garden, or London Paddington.

It's worth noting that the deal may be suspended during special events, so it's recommended to ring ahead if you're planning to visit event venues such as Cardiff St David's, Sheffield Meadowhall, Oxford, and Sheffield.

The promotion includes one free margherita pizza per student with the purchase of a soft drink. The deal cannot be used in conjunction with collection or delivery services, or any other promotional offers.

Banana Tree

GCSE students can also claim a free chicken or vegan Katsu Curry on results day when they sign up to claim a voucher, which can be done here.
