Dr. Alka says, Your feet are connected to 72,000 nerves and blood vessels of the body. In such a situation, massaging the feet not only relieves fatigue, but it is also beneficial for your eye health. Ayurveda says that there are some special points in the soles of the feet, which are directly related to the eyes. When we massage these points daily with oil like sesame or ghee with light hands, it reduces eye fatigue and thus improves eyesight and also provides relief from problems like irritation or dryness.

If you do not sleep till late at night and due to this you feel tired or weak the next day, then foot massage can be a very easy and natural solution to this. How to do a massage?
- For this, wash and clean your feet thoroughly, and dry them every night before going to sleep.
- Now, you can use any oil, such as sesame oil, coconut oil, or even cow's ghee.
- With this, lightly massage the soles, heels and toes for 5-10 minutes.
- Leave the oil on your feet overnight.
- In the morning, first wash your feet with lukewarm water and then take a bath.
