A pair of teenage boys have been charged with rape, false imprisonment, actual bodily harm and suffocation. The older of the two has also been charged with sexual assault and harassment. The attack happened in a flat on Princes Avenue in Hull on July 3.
The teenagers who cannot be named for legal reasons due to their age, appeared at Hull Magistrates' Court this morning. According to Humberside Police, a 17-year-old who was arrested during the investigation has since been released without charge.
