In a major announcement, renowned real estate firm Rohan Corporation has officially declared Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan as its brand ambassador.
The announcement was made during a grand event held at Bharath Mall, Bejai, where Rohan Corporation’s founder Rohan Monteiro addressed the gathering.
“This is the first time in Karnataka that Shah Rukh Khan has agreed to be a brand ambassador for a real estate company, and we’re proud that it is through our Mangaluru-based firm. This collaboration is a significant step in taking Mangaluru to the national stage. Having a global icon like Shah Rukh Khan onboard boosts our confidence and marks the beginning of a new chapter for us,” Monteiro stated.
Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan shares a personal connection with the coastal city, having spent five years of his childhood here. Monteiro noted that Khan fondly remembered this and enthusiastically agreed to be the brand face. He added that a grand event will soon be organized to bring the actor to Mangaluru.

Celebrating 32 years of real estate success, Rohan Corporation has long worked with the vision of providing “a home for everyone.” With over 25 successful projects and more than 5,000 happy families, the company is now expanding its footprint beyond Karnataka.
Monteiro revealed that 12 projects are currently underway, and 15 new projects are in the pipeline. The company is planning a pan-India expansion, with upcoming ventures in Mumbai, Goa, Mysuru, and Bengaluru.
